INSURANCE NOTICE

By checking in this box, I agree to the following conditions, and acknowledge that I have read this statement and understand what is required of me: Participation in the event will require a Certificate of Insurance naming The District and Lynnwood Event Center as additional insured with $1,000,000 per occurrence | $2,000,000 liability. Once involvement is approved, we will send over load-in, event run, and teardown times.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

By checking in this box, I agree to the following conditions, and acknowledge that I have read this statement: Vendor/Exhibitor covenants that it will protect, hold harmless & indemnify The District & the Lynnwood Event Center, and their sponsors, officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims or liability for losses, injury or damages of any type arising out of or resulting from or in connection with the Vendor/Exhibitor’s work, activities or participation in The District events.

a. The District, Lynnwood Event Center, and its sponsors, officers, agents, and employees are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen exhibitor property.
b. In the event of litigation, costs and attorney fees to prevailing wage.

Please note: The District must receive a complete list of products to be sold to complete the vendor booking process. This list cannot change once approved for the event without written consent from The District Festival and Event Management team* Please type YES below along with your first and last name in acknowledgement of truthfulness of application, understanding of the insurance notice and Hold Harmless agreement. ALL approved vendors will be required to provide a COI for event day.
